K03 Center Clamp Adapter

If you have a system like TSPROF or Xarilk that only comes with the two clamps and doesn’t allow for a center clamp, you need this!! Most of the knives I have are a little too small to use the 2 clamps( one on each side). This is a great tool to accommodate using the clamps as one center clamp. Trust me it’s so much better than putting the clams on one side and sharpening that way. It makes the whole process easier, and more accurate. Being able to put the knife in the center as appears to one side, makes keeping a consistent sharpening angle much easier. Only reason I took off a star is because the adapter is very thick and when sharpening puts a lot more pressure on the components behind it. This pressure can cause the components to become a bit loose over time, and creates some wiggle room. Also, make sure you have all of the right screws for your system. To be able to use this I had to order extra screws, because the regular thumb screws could not fit. Other than that I absolutely love this adapter and Gritomatic!!
