Atrophy stuff is amazing !! I love the colors it makes it easier to identify and not mix up the 9 micron is super strong I’ve been able to strop a dull blade back to sharp with it and the 1 micron is gives me that beautiful mirror polish I like can’t wait to get the rest of them !

I prefer Stroppy Stuff over Gunny Juice. Reason being that Stroppy Stuff is just viscous enough to stay on the leather long enough to get evenly distributed. Gunny Juice just soaks into the leather far too quick and keeps a tacky feel. Th 0.1 micron just pushes it to the max for those looking for hair whittling edges. Though in real life, they don't last long.

This stuff is fantastic! It goes on pretty evenly and the orange die makes it apparent where you're applying the spray. It does a great job of burr removal while leaving a very toothy edge. Price wise it's half the cost of the Gunny Juice or Jende emulsions and works as well as anything I've tried.

Great product I will be back for more, Thank you

Awesome product and a great value

I’ve tried a variety of compounds and emulsions and I can say with certainty that Stroppy Stuff is as good or better than any other product I have used.

In only a short time of use, so far I've found that it compares favorably to the Gunny products - and at a better price with an easier-to-use applicator. A little definitely goes a long way. Good stuff!

Great consistency amazing stuff

This is great stuff! It's just the right finishing touch after my 5k stone.

It seems great. I'm currently using it on a balsa wood strop before I use the 1 micron Stroppy Stuff. My knives have never been sharper.

Excellent product!

Finally decided to bite the bullet and try the expensive diamond emulsions after a couple bad experiences with cheap Amazon pastes and sprays. Did a little research and landed on 4micron as it seemed like the next logical grit after my 1000 grit diamond stone (Gritomatic set). I’m shocked at how fast and easy it was to use. The emulsion went on fairly evenly, I expected some thicker spots to appear, which were smoothed out using an old CC card. Did two light coats. Both of which dried in less than 10 mins. After that I was ready to strop. photo is the Stroppy Stuff used on my CPM Cruwear Para 3 with just 30 passes on a cowhide leather strop. It definitely cut faster and smoother than any other stropping compound, paste or spray I’ve used so far.

The product works well, but it's hard to apply. It's hard to get even coverage.

Great stones! I enjoy the Poltava more than the Venev Scorpions. Have the 600cbn coming.

Works great highly recommended.

Great stropping stuff

Happy with StroppyStuff 0.25 for the very final touch on the edge and for maintenance.

Wanted to give this stuff a try since I heard it was good and it was a good bit cheaper than the next most popular brand (GJ). Was very pleasantly surprised!
Dries quickly, color coded, cuts well. Brings up a polish very quickly going through the progression I purchased (4micron->1micron->0.25micron). Will definitely be buying more in the future.
Only minor complaint though not a deal breaker is the spray nozzle. You end up wasting a good amount of compound spraying it from 30cm away per the instructions. Even though this stuff is cheaper than its competitor, it's by no means cheap so I'd prefer to utilize as much of the compound as possible without wastage. I would have preferred the pump style bottle instead that I've seen in the youtube videos. You can also just treat the spray nozzle as such but it's not as good for that purpose vs the pump nozzle.

Everyone selling these products is making a killing. 50 cents of diamond powder mixed with either a water or oil base, some social media marketing to make claims you have the "special sauce" when all these products use the same exact industrial diamond powder, and knife bros being notoriously dumb, irrational, superstitious, etc.. I'm going to get into this business. Even without contacts I can purchase bulk diamond powder such that it would cost me not even 50 cents to produce this exact product myself. Sell it for $35? Man. Where else can you get that kind of margin? With a couple hundred k in revenue, which is nothing, you'd make a killing doing this as a side gig.

Good Stuff!
I like the color coding. It makes it easy to tell what grit is on which strop. I also like the light draw and spray-type dispenser. I have not used it much yet to comment on much other than that.
Video is after 20 laps on 4 micron on leather.

Coming from 1 micron Gunny Juice to StroppyStuff's 1 micron, it's hard to tell a major difference on your steel.
It takes awhile to dry up compared to Gunny, maybe it's just a difference in my leather strops but Gunny Juice almost seems like it dries much faster. StroppyStuff 1 micron looks like it loads up faster as well but that can also be attributed to the added coloring, making it appear to load up quicker compared to the grey color of Gunny. The major difference I've noticed whilst stropping is that this stuff is less "sticky" compared to Gunny, it just glides.
Overall, I really like the 1 micron so I bought the 4 micron along with the 0.5 micron. The price difference is by far the best thing to me, being cheaper per ml. Although I do like the applicator on the Gunny juice, it allows you to be more accurate when squirting your load on your strop.

Stroppy stuff is the best compound I've used for stropping. I've gone through many brands of wax sticks with alox and also other diamond compounds from dmt and knife house. Stroppy stuff is the clear victor in my opinion.

I'm super excited that this stuff is available on Grtitomatic now. For context, Stroppy Stuff is UK based which is a bit of a curveball when it comes to shipping. Anyway, this is really good stuff, the emulsion is thick and lasts a good amount of time on the suede side of a leather strop. It's fine on the flesh side, but really you want it on the suede!

Stroppy stuff is amazing.
I have the 4, 1 and ¼ micron stroppy stuff and every one has proven useful in my use.
4 micron is a nice compound to mirror polish may it be by hand or a buffing wheel (on primary face bevels).
1 micron is a nice progression to use after hitting the stones, capable of getting me a consistent hair whittling result (if done with at least a bit of competence) within a handful of passes.
¼ micron is just a progression for further refinement, capable of granting me a more consistent tree topping result than the 1 micron (1 micron stil can, but I myself have to be careful when trying for it).
The spray bottle works well, but on the 4 micron specifically I get a little hiccup or just being stuck at the bottom. But that may just be me because I am an excessive user of the 4 micron, have NO similar issues on the 1 or ¼ micron spray bottles.

This stuff is amazing. You won't regret buying. Jury is still out on whether this or Gunny Juice cuts faster, but what I can attest to is Stroppy Stuff has a much better feedback and is cleaner. Your blade will glide along the strop instead of gripping or sticking to it. Also, I can run my finger along the strop and none of the product comes off. GJ gets all over the place if touched, including your edge.
